What is seda?
The Small Enterprise Development Agency (seda) was established
through the enactment of the National Small Business Act of 1996, as
amended, and incorporates Ntsika Enterprise Promotion Agency
(Ntsika), the National Manufacturing Advice Centre Trust (Namac
Trust), and the Community Public Private Partnership Programme
(CPPP).
