Dr RITA DHRUV
 Dr Rita Dhruv is a dynamic Enterpreneur enriched
with 24 years of experience in radiology and holds a
gold medal in radiology. Within the span of 10years
she has successfully managed 3 CT and MRI
imaging centers in and around Mumbai and now is
using her experience in teleradiology.
 Being a multi facet personality, she has developed
and penetrated the concept of Teleradiology across
the country as well as in International market. With
her able leadership the company has grown by leaps
and bounds.
UMESH DHRUV
 Umesh Dhruv is in international Buisness since 25
years. He exhibits excellent interpersonal skills and
under his leadership Prabhat Group had grown
exponentially and had strong presence internationally
in China, Srilanka, Germany, Europe, Italy, Spain,
France, United Kingdom, Kenya, Cuba, Saudi Arabia,
Uganda and Tanzania.
 He is also exposed hand on manufacturing activities,
having expertise in rubber technology & process
engineering.
YOGESH DHRUV
 He is professionally qualified who had set up
the plant of rubber gaskets as sealing
solution provider before venturing to setting
up of marketing base in USA. He has grown
the market of USA in such a way that Prabhat
could establish an exclusive office with a
large warehouse for ‘just in time’ service
resulting in utmost customer satisfaction.
Business under his leadership has grown.
History
 Prabhat means “DAWN” and the company’s potential is
every bit as bright as its name suggests. From 1966 to
2013 celebrating 50 glorious years with roaring success
and looking forward to achieve many more milestones.
 Prabhat Group has been consistently living up to its
potential –decade after decade- field after field: Auto leaf
Springs, Metal to Rubber bonded components, Rubber
products, Pipe Seals and now TELERADIOLOGY.
 Company established in Atlanta (USA) in the year 1999
and since 13 years working towards mutual benefit.
 Whereas in 2011 the company saw the dawn of ‘
Prabhat Telesolutions LLP’ and now the company is
intending to provide multiple telesolutions like Tele
Radiology & Tele medicine. Since then our journey
has been consistent and service is of international

Our work area is huge and spread across 2000sqft
with workstations well apart to have individual
reporting system without much disturbance.
Additionally we have the conference room of
2000sqft used for academic discussion, CMEs and
seminars .
 Our monitor’s are medical ultra sharp monitors with
24inch screen size and 6MP display with
professional calibration and quality assurance
software. Our processor are INTEL CORE I52320@3.00GHZ with 8GB RAM and 500 GB hard
disc with 1920 x 2000 resolution at 60 Hz. White level
Luminance & display uniformity is maintained.

• We have our own server for our
software which is IBM X3650M3 1 U
RACK SERVER Intel Xenon E5506
(Quard Core) 2.13 Ghz, 8Gb DDR3.

We have one of the best software customized by
us to provide uninterrupted and fast service to our
clients. The salient features of the software are as
follows :-
The software is HIPPA compliant and HL7 compliant.
1. The software is FDA approved. Patient information is
totally sacrosanct.
2. The software is very efficient and can load images also
when the bandwidth is below 2MPBS.
3. The uploading time for the studies from the client end is
very less. About 5mins for a CT study to be loaded.
4. The downloading time about 2 mins at the reporting end.
So the images open very fast and reporting can be done
fast.
5. The reporting module is incorporated within the software.
• 6. The report generated at the end is a PDF file.
7. Automatic directional data transfer of patient
information is possible- we get notification for every
report generated on the email.
8. The software can be accessed from the mobile Ipad.
9. Measurements of HU, window change and distance
measurement are very simply done.
10. MPR facility is available in the software.

radiologist. Studies are preread by 1st group of
radiologist. Post read by 2nd Team of Radiologist.
Final confirmed and sent to client via software after
signing report in PDF form . Thus assuring good
quality of reports when accuracy is vital. Quality of
the reports generated are of international standard..
2. Our team consists of 5 to 10 yrs experienced
