• Financial Instruments = 10% of the CEF envelope
• Between EUR 1,300 and 2,400 million foreseen
• Possible increase up to 20% of the CEF envelope, is set in the legal base
• The estimated leverage effect is expected to range between 6 to 15; i.e. 1 EUR
