Purpose of measurement data capture
Before efficiency can be enhanced in industrial applications, measurement
data needs to be captured.
Data can be linked in the SCADA system in conjunction with process data
from the PLC machine control system.


Control station link
Control station systems are often used in building technology and
industry, and these systems need to be supplied with monitoring
information in the network. It makes no sense to transfer this information
via a third system such as controls. Rittal offers a solution in the from of
an integrated OPC server, which is compatible with 99 % of control
stations. Information can be transmitted directly to the control station
system.

