Why do I need additional data migration software from SAP?
The LSMW will let you load data into your SAP software, but it will not analyze source
system data, transform it to the format required by SAP software, enrich and cleanse your
data, detect duplicates, validate transformed data, and provide standard technical- and
business-user reporting for your data migration projects. Rapid data migration to SAP Billing
for Utilities is the fastest and best way to migrate data to SAP solutions.
My system integrator will do the migration for me. Why do I need this solution?
Your system integrator should be using this solution for the migration. SAP Data Services
software is SAP’s recommended platform for migrating data to SAP software. If you use a
system integrator, ensure that the integrator uses SAP Data Services and has been trained
on the data migration content.
Our migration is already behind schedule and we don’t have time to start something

The quality of your data will need to be resolved now or after going live. Resolution after
