policies with a clear and positive regulatory landscape to enable realizing the Vision
ABLE has been pro active in:
• Suggesting the setting up an Independent Biotechnology Regulatory
Authority of India(BRAI)
• Development and use of GM crops following science based methods
• Assure Intellectual Property protection that encourages Innovation
• Enable Clinical Trials to be conducted in a transparent and efficient
manner to enable development and access to safe and efficacious
medicines in a timely manner.
• Make India a global hub for fermentation based industries.
