toward the future….
With the aim to reinforce the automotive cluster in
Sumadija, several project proposal are under
discussion and preliminary definition:
 Creating a common database of CVs, shared
between educational institutions and opened to
enterprises/stockholders able to support:
• the hiring of human resources with proper expertise
• the mobility of workers throughout the Country
• an adequate tool for social monitoring of unemployment
 Develop technological solutions to convert fuel
engine in a zero emission electric power-train to:
• enlarge the life span for old cars
• reduce costs for mobility and maintenances
• propose an environmental sustainability
ATC SRBIJA - Automobilski trening centar za Centralnu Srbiju
toward the future….
 Transforming the “ex-Zastava” manufacturing
suppliers in a efficient network of SMEs able to
operate in the global market and with respect to
modern standards by investing in:
•
•
•
•
Quality assurance and certification
Safety of workers and adequate training
Sustainability of processes and environmental protection
Design&production realized with criteria of efficiency
These preliminary proposals have been developed under the
supervision of the Serbian Minister for Economy and Regional
