IT Qualification
I supported the Organisation Design, which looked at restructuring the whole of IT into a
shared service. Before the CIO joined, Banking Group and Trading Group operated as
two completely separate IT departments. I organised the monthly Leaders4Change
events each month – an event for the top 80 leaders in IT. I also prepared board reports
for the management executive board, which gave me a good view of the high level
strategy within the business.
