eMunicipality in Bihar Briefing Project Background “E-Municipality in Bihar” is an effort of the Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Bihar to adopt the principles of e-Governance and use of ICT in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and processes of Urban Local Bodies in Bihar and enhancing citizen services.
