Our Team
R. Velmurugan:
Managing Director holds a bachelor degree and a M.B.A from
Bharathidasan University. Around a decade of experience, he is an
expertise in the carbon market including CER & VER trading, CDM project
registration & Renewable Energy Sector. He has facilitated transactions
with some of the largest & best quality buyers. He is responsible for client
relationships, business development and currently focused on the global
presence.
R. Suresh:
Co - Founder holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna
University and M.B.A from Kamaraj University. He is a seasoned
entrepreneur with experience of setting up various business ventures. He
is also the proprietor of Sakthi technologies and Smart Systems. He is
responsible for client relationships and business development. A
competent leader with the ability to manage operations strategically and
bring about an organizational development, change & efficiently
undertake turnaround management.
R. Charles,
Vice President – Project Development holds a bachelor degree in Electrical
Engineering from Anna University. Over a half decade of Renewable Energy &
CDM experience, he is a well known expert on CDM opportunities GHG
inventorization and accounting, technical know-how of identification and
development of CDM projects as per UNFCCC requirement, business plan
development, carbon credit market and sales, emission reduction purchase
agreement and negotiations, etc., He has a rich experience in project
management with insightful knowledge of various types of renewable power
plants including wind farms, solar PV parks and biomass to energy power
plants.
S. Rajaganapathy:
Head – Solar Advisory is an Electrical Engineer from Anna University. He has
extensive experience in leading projects in solar project and energy efficiency.
He has expertise in project execution and successful completion of grid
connected & off grid solar power plants including EPC & turnkey. He provides
training to team members regarding solar projects, technology & financial
analysis of projects. Proficient knowledge about regulatory practices in India
related to Solar Advisory. He is responsible for execution, contracting and new
business development of the solar advisory.

EXPERTISE
The team members of VRM Energy have been working in the
field of Renewable Energy and Climate Change for more than
7 years.
VRM Energy Carbon team has worked 50+ CDM
projects including Wind, Hydro, Biomass, Solar, Waste Water
Treatment projects, Natural Gas, Waste Heat recovery
projects, Super Critical based Thermal Power Project, etc.,
And also had registered 15 CDM projects as well as 5 VCS
registration during the above said tenure.
VRM Energy Solar team study customer electrical power
needs, design, supply and guide in installation of rooftop solar
systems in a cost effective manner. And also had designed,
installed and commissioned a cumulative capacity of 500
kWp root top and ground mounted solar PV power plant.
