The Details:
 Camp meets 3 days a week at this location: 1520 3rd St NW, Ste A, Great Falls MT 59404
*Mon-Wed-Fri Camp times are 6:30am and 6:00 pm (1st 2 days are mandatory)
* You may come to one or both of these times each day.
* For the program to remain free you must attend at least 2 classes weekly – there are no penalties but commit
to at least 2 for your own good!
 Extreme fitness challenges are held every 2 weeks in various locations which will be revealed to you later.
* there 2 hour work out incorporate cardio and strength training in an extremely FUN & competitive way—
* Extreme Challenge dates are : Saturday April 28th, May 12th, and May 26th.
 Before the start date each participant must complete a Free Wellness evaluation. Schedule today with your coach so that you can set
your goals and get your healthy lifestyle started.
 Pre and post work out drinks will be available 30 minutes before and after each class to maximize workout effectiveness and help you
get your LEVEL 10 RESULTS
 All you need to bring to camp is yourself, a jump rope, an exercise mat, 5-18 pound dumbbells and a

WHY DO I NEED TO DRINK SO MUCH WATER?
Initial weight loss is largely due to loss of water, and you need to drink an adequate amount of water in
order to avoid dehydration.
•The process of burning calories requires an adequate supply of water in order to
function efficiently; dehydration slows down the fat-burning process by up to 80%
•Burning calories creates toxins (think of the exhaust coming out of your car), and water
plays a vital role in flushing them out of your body.
•Dehydration causes a reduction in blood volume; a reduction in blood volume causes a
reduction in the supply of oxygen to your muscles; and a reduction in the supply of
oxygen to your muscles can make you feel tired.
•Water helps maintain muscle tone by assisting muscles in their ability to contract, and it
lubricates your joints. Proper hydration can help reduce muscle and joint soreness when
exercising.
•A healthy (weight loss) diet includes a good amount of fiber. But while fiber is normally
helpful to your digestive system, without adequate fluids it can cause constipation
instead of helping to eliminate it.
