Roles and responsibilities
The Job Descriptions are very similar:
Class teachers (x 4)= responsible for the educational
progress and well-being of the children allocated to their
class
Teaching Assistants (x 4) = supports the class teacher to
carry out his/her role
And in return …

Class teachers: 15,000 – 20,000 taka per month
Teaching Assistants 10,000 – 15,000 taka per month
