Pene Frost will:

the success and progress or sometimes the lack of it.
 We will invite specialists (e.g. councillors, educational
psychologists, school nurse, speech therapists) to offer
advice.

In Reception we take the time to share all your
knowledge about your child so we can plan
together.
In Year 5 and 6 we:
• arrange visits to high school
• talk to your child and make a transition
information booklet (with photographs)
together
• set up meetings with their high school
