every child hooked on sport for life in Wales and to build a nation of
champions.
At Sport Wales our biggest assets are our staff. In order to recruit,
retain and engage the very best people, we have developed an
attractive reward and benefits package that reflects Sport Wales’
status as an employer of choice. We believe in continually reviewing
what we have to offer, in order to provide benefits which are truly
valuable to our employees.
