sales are export basis mainly to Europe, North America, South America & Middle East.

Production Flow-Chart
1.
Ball Milling – Grind raw materials into fine powder.
2.
Casting – Pour mixed powder into mold and let it solidify.
3.
Flaw Checking – Checking and fixing imperfectness to
Green Body.
4.
Glazing – Spray white glaze evenly onto Green Body.
5.
Loading - Loading dried sprayed products onto Kiln
platform.
6.
Firing – Products loaded into the kiln for firing at a
temperature of 1280 degrees.
7.
After Furnace – Ready products are unloaded from kiln.
8.
Appearance Grading – Ready products are then being
checked and graded by quality.
9.
Flushing Test & QC – Toilets are to perform water testing
for flushing power.
10. Air & Water Leak Test – air pressure to be inserted into
products to test for cracks and water leakage testing.
11. Packing – the final products are then packed and ready
for sales.

Appearance & deformation
1. Appearance inspection:
Classify inspection according to the standard of appearance checking.
2. Deformation inspection:
Inspecting by flatness, balance degree and levelness.

Function Inspection
1. Leakage testing
Under the unit stress, inpsect the bottom of toilet and trap.
2. Flushing fucntion inspection
Inspection of passing object through toilet in standard unit time.
3. Air Pressure testing for cracks
Through air pressure, test whether products have cracks.
Packaging Inspection
1. Carton appearance checking
Check and see if the carton is in good condition

Check and see if packaging is done according to clients’ requests.
