Identification Cable Requirement -Screens in cables used for IS circuits should be earthed at one point only, usually at the point of earthing of the interface devices.They may be earthed in the field, provided that is the only point of earthing. -Screens may touch one another, provided they are all "earthed" or "grounded" to the same point. -Cable armour or metal sheaths should be "solidly earthed" to the plant structure. - 본안회로에 연결된 케이블 속 차폐선의 I.S접지는 한곳에 접지되어야 하며, 일반적으로 인터페이스 장치의 접지 포인트에 연결한다. 같은 포인트에 접지하는 조건이라면, 이 차폐선들은 현장에서 접지 되어야한다. - 같은 포인트에 접지한다면, 차폐선은 서로 접촉되어도 관계없다. - 아머 또는 금속 포장 케이블은 반드시 플랜트 구조물의 신뢰할 수 있는 곳에 접지를 해줘야 한다. Identification Safety Barrier Requirement - Barriers are normally mounted in the safe area. - May be mounted in the Zone 1 or 2 in a suitably certified enclosure, such as a Ex'd' Ex'n' or Ex'p' enclosure. - Must not exceed the ambient temperature shown on the barrier. (40o C if not shown) - Location should be permanently marked to show the correct barrier type. - 베리어는 안전지역에 설치한다. - Zone 1이나 2지역내에 설치할 경우 그 지역(Zone 1 또는 2) 사용 인증 받은 장비 즉, Ex ‘d’, Ex ‘n’, Ex ‘p’ 내에 설치가 가능하다. - 주변 온도가 배리어에 표시된 주변 온도보다 절대 높으면 안된다. 만약 표시가 없다면 40oC로 간주한다. - 배리어의 구분을 위해 인식표를 붙인다.
