NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT GOALS
IN 2010-2014
CONNECTIVITY
Increasing safety, security, and service facilities and transportation
infrastructure appropriate to the Minimum Service Standards;
Increasing public accessibility to health facilities and transportation
infrastructure to encourage the development of inter-regional
connectivity;
Increasing the capacity of transportation facilities and infrastructure to
minimize de-backlog and de-bottleneck capacity of transportation
infrastructure;
Improving quality of human resources and restructuring the institution
and regulation ;
Enhancing the development of an efficient transportation technologies
as well as environmentally secure in anticipating climate change.

DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF MARINE TRANSPORTATION 2010-2014
Construct & develope224 seaports and marine dredging
activity to support marine transportation
Provide subsidies for the pioneer marine transportation, build
the passengers ship, and the pioneer ship
Build the ship for marine inspectors equiped with facilities for
surveillance to support the monitoring of the ship
Develope and rehabilitate marine navigational aids and
telecommunication for navigational ship
Build the patrol boats

AIR TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN 2010-2014
Develope, rehabilitate and maintenance of airport infrastructure at 245 airports
Provide Transportation Services subsidy for pioneer air transportation
Develope, rehabilitate and maintain the infrastructure of aviation security, covering
procurement and installation of aviation security facilities, procurement and delivery of
equipment for fire Fighting and Rescue and salvage, procurement of goods handling equipment
for hazardous materials (dangerous goods), etc.
Develope, rehabilitate and maintain air navigation infrastructure includes :
procurement, installation of air navigation aids facilities, aviation communication
facilities, replacement of DVOR / DME, etc.
Supervise and Develope the Airworthiness and Operation of Aircraft, covering
human resources development, institutional development, certification programs
(aircraft, organization, personnel), etc.

RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT

1. Rehabilitation of railway in Sumatera (45,55 km) and Java (150,08
km)
2. Development of railway track, including reactivation of dead track in
Sumatera (346,48km) and Java (1.013,05 km)
3. Construction of new railway track / double track in Sumatera (99,25
km) and Java (343,76 km)
4. Rehabilitation of bridges in Sumatera (58 unit) and Java (174 unit)
5. Rehabilitation / improvement the signal, telecommunication &
electrification in Sumatera (70 packages) and Java (184 packages)
