To attract investment in Tourism Sector
The investor can invest in any of the Tourism
Products in the State which will be
managed by TOURFED in the absence of the
investor in a transparent way by executing
an agreement

Setting up of Traditional Ayurveda Treatment

Wayside – amenities for Travellers

INVEST AND RELAX by
Invest in ‘Wayside’, promoted and
marketed by TOURFED throughout the State
Objective is to provide basic and standard amenities to travelers
throughout the state
Minimum 40 cents of land is required on the National
highway side or state highways
Facilities to be arranged are: cafeteria, snacks, water, toilets,
parking space, rest place, communication facilities and rooms
for stay, children’s park etc., according to the investor’s
financial interest

ROLE OF TOURFED (Budget Hotels and Resorts)
TOURFED will find out land appropriate for setting up of budget hotels in the State
The project will be developed by TOURFED from site development to entire
finishing work till handing over of keys to the investor
TOURFED shall enter into an agreement with the investor for managing the
property
A portion of profit is to be shared between TOURFED and the Investor for the
management of the property entirely by TOURFED
 The NRKs can individually or jointly invest in the property
Transparent dealing in the management of the property
 Tourfed will explore all the possibilities in promoting and marketing the property
domestically as well as internationally
 Since TOURFED plan to have a chain of budget hotels in the State, a common
name called ‘PRAVASI’ INN or any other suitable name can be given
 Part investment by NRKs is also invited i.e., joint venture by TOURFED and NRKs

ROLE OF TOURFED (Traditional Ayurveda Centres)
Tourfed will find out land appropriate for setting up of traditional ayurveda
centres in the State
The ayurveda centre will be built by TOURFED from site development to
entire finishing work till handing over of keys to the investor
TOURFED shall enter into an agreement with the investor for managing
the property
A portion of profit is to be shared between TOURFED and the Investor for
the management of the property entirely by TOURFED The NRKs can
individually or jointly invest in the property
Transparent dealing in the management of the property
 TOURFED will explore all the possibilities in promoting and marketing the
property domestically as well as internationally
INVEST AND RELAX by
ROLE OF TOURFED (House Boats/Cabs etc.)
NRKs can either individually or jointly invest in the above
products and hand over to TOURFED for management under an
agreement
TOURFED will deploy experienced hands to manage the
products
 A portion of the profit will be shared between the investor and
TOURFED
Transparent dealing in the management of the products (daily
reports, weekly reports and monthly reports can be shown)
The investor can anytime cancel the agreement with a prior
notice if not satisfied with the services rendered by
TOURFED
