NAJ TECHNOLOGY (NAJTECH) was established in 2006.
NAJ TECHNOLOGY (NAJTECH) offers two of the most customer focused services
in the corporate environment namely:
•Outsourced Telemarketing services
•Selling client products and services via ground sales and tele-sales
•Contact centre agent and management skills development
Founded by Nor Azam Jaafar (Bsc,(Hons) Information Technology from UiTM) and
Wan Fatin Sufina (Dip Food Tech from UiTM), NAJTECH started with small number
of telemarketers back in 2006. Since then NAJTECH has moving forward and
emerged being one of top leading telemarketing centre. Our experiences ranging
from clients in Telecommunication services and Financial Services. We believe that, by
focusing on a few key areas of expertise, we are able to provide specialized
Telemarketing services. With Telemarketing Services, our clients enjoy added value in
their marketing services outsourcing efforts.
