Client ROI – Solutions Unique to Their Needs "We started with Infinit-i™ in 2008, and our fuel economy was at 6.1 MPG. In 2009 we improved to 6.5 MPG and we started 2010 at 6.9 MPG. By training, counseling and continually working with our drivers…the efficiency of operation saves them and/or the company money, everyone profits as a result of those efforts, and the job gets easier." - Jack Curry, Safety Director American Central Transport (A.C.T) Liberty, Missouri 64069 Savings for ACT 2008 vs 2009 = $1.4 Million 2009 vs 2010 = $1.3 Million Based on $4.00 per gallon of gas and 300 Trucks Client ROI – Solutions Unique to Their Needs “The formalization of our OS&D (Overages Shortages & Damage) process and procedures including the proper checking and reporting of temperature controlled shipments, the increased effort to properly secure the freight and an enhanced monitoring of OS&D incidents has allowed SRT to reduce its OS&D expenses. This has produced a dollar reduction of over 75% for OS&D expenses from 2008 to 2009.” Jim Dodd – CFO Southern Refrigerated Transport During a 2012 Infinit-i webinar, Vern Edwards, Director of Safety at Paramount Transportation Logistics (and subsidiaries) shared how his company has utilized Infinit-i and the results thus far. They use Infinit-i to distribute the company newsletter, perform accident follow-up, post-violation response, as well as proactive behavior modification. He has been very pleased by the response from drivers and operations personnel. He mentioned that the drivers feel more connected to the company and many have made the training a family affair. Vern credits the Infinit-i program as a major factor in reducing driver turnover. We went from a 172% turnover rate to a 92% turnover rate in one year The math is simple roughly $600 a day revenue lost for every day a truck sits empty without a driver, Now that is a ROI not to overlook!! Vern Edwards Director of Safety One of the companies is based in Colorado and has been through an intervention and Compliance Review. Vern stated that Infinit-i is a critical component in the Safety Management Cycle. They now require shop, dispatch, and sales personnel to participate in the training and results are monitored by all departments. He believes this has reduced the amount of “finger pointing” within the company.
