EximBank offers to the companies products to finance the following:

A special segment is represented by financing products under the
state aid scheme as the Subsidized interest rate credits that can be
granted for:
SME development
prioritary domains
working capital
entrepreneur women
Interest rate is 5 points lower than the regular market value
and it is fixed during the financing period.
EximBank consider as a priority supporting the companies that have
projects funded with European funds and launched a financing
package that contains co-financing and pre-financing solutions.

COMPLEX GUARANTEES PACKAGE
EximBank facilitates companies access to financing solutions by
completing the necessary guarantees
EximBank Guarantees products:
aim to guarantee credits or banking letters of guarantees received by
companies from commercial banks
cover the risks of payment credits default or execution of the banking
letters of guarantees
complete the guarantees offered to the financing bank
Cover up to 80% form the main credit
Simplified procedure to offer guarantees
Guarantee value: max. Euro 1,5 mil.
Valability term : max. 5 years
Granting period : max. 10 days

COMPLEX GUARANTEES PACKAGE
EximBank may issue guarantees for
Exporters – completes the necessary guarantees for export
credits and the banking letters of guarantees issued by commercial
banks.
SME and big companies– completes the guarantees package
for development credits, covering the payment default risks.
European funded projects.
Prioritary domains – guarantees credits or banking letters of
guarantees granted for investment projects abroad, infrastructure
development, public utilities projects, environment protection,
human resources development.

COMPLEX GUARANTEES PACKAGE
EximBank granted a guarantee for a current activity credit
contracted from another commercial bank to a production facility
Guarantee value → Eur 800.000 (80% out of the credit granted by the
bank)
Guarantee validity term → 12 months (as per the financing period)
Costs (related to the guarantee value)
Analysis fee
0,1% flat = Eur 800
Administration fee
0,45% p.a. = Eur 3.600
Guarantee fee
0,8% p.a. = Eur 6.400

Letters of banking guarantees
EximBank is taking over payment obligations, damage
reparatory entitled, for non fulfillments or faults in covering the
commitments of Romanian companies toward foreign
business partners.
Letters of guarantees may be issued for:
