IDEAS FOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
1.
Measuring the economic impact of cluster policies and programs (the development, testing
and validation of a methodology for assessing the impact of cluster policies and programs
on the economic development of the ADC region).
2.
The use of data and analysis as a tool for cluster policy (databases for benchmarking
clusters; cluster based economic strategies)
3.
Internationalisation of networks of clusters already created by the support of ADC project.
4.
Exchange of best practices (economic missions) between innovative clusters of ADC region.
5.
Support schemes for financing clusters and attracting Foreign Direct Investment in clusters.
6.
Methodologies of benchmarking of clusters and models of strategies for clusters.
7.
Training programs for cluster management.
8.
Business opportunities between clusters
9.
Transnational cooperation by extinding the ADC area to Republic Moldova where is potential
for clusters in agro-food, vines, textiles, ITC etc
10. Joint participation in projects financed/co-financed by EU and by other donors
