A manager's job consists of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the resources of the organization. Managers work in a dynamic environment and must anticipate and adapt to challenges. Manager “by Libro”. Libro or book in English. A systematic type of a manager who operates by the dictates of books or what the manual and other formal documents say.
