Top 5 FAQs & Answers
1. How does it work?
We use the credentials you supply us with
to run Powershell commands against your
Office 365 account. We run these
commands in the background and load
data about your account into a database
which allows us to run reports and
statistics on your data which would
otherwise be very difficult to obtain.
2. How often is my data refreshed?
We do a full refresh of everyone’s data
once a day for most types of data. We also
do incremental updates several times a
day to find data that has changed since the
last time we did a refresh.
3. Can I manually force an update?
For most items you can force an update,
which in most cases takes a few minutes
to complete.
4. Are changes I make immediate?
Yes, for some features of 365 Command,
like password and permission updates we
execute Powershell commands in real time
and report the results back to.
