Regional pilot workshops • Three regional pilot workshops (north, central and south groups) • Practice information training workshop with mentoring and support from Martha and regional master trainers team • Opportunity and support to practice training and content skills • Regional, institutional and whole group learning opportunity Outcomes from pilot workshops • All master trainers have practiced delivery of some training to end users – Real content, real training delivery • Master trainer teams have worked together (as teams and between teams) on practical training activities • Mentoring and support • Prepared for institutional level training But, how can we do this…? • Three day long or short half/full day regional information training workshops on compendium content or just focusing on selected parts? • Three different approaches (participants, format, duration, content area, etc.) or one shared approach in all regions? • The role of Martha, regional master trainers, host institutions, etc.?
