What will you do with FLVS and the Winter Holiday? A) Spend most of the time to do FLVS assignments. B) Shut the computer off because I will be done with this semester of FLVS by December 20, 2012 or before. C) Spend time some time with family/friends, and some doing FLVS assessments. D) Volunteer (such as at a homeless shelter), spend time with family/friends, and visit the FLVS site a few times. Polling Physical and Political Maps Physical Maps show what the land looks like – mountains, rivers, lakes, elevation changes. Political Maps show the boundaries of countries and key physical features. Topographic and Resource Maps Resource Maps show economic activity or natural resources. Topographic Maps show elevation changes.
