Simple Steps

1. Establish what you want to use as tokens
- student input

2. Establish an exchange system

3. Create a price for fines

4. Establish a fine recording system
Things to Keep in Mind
Make sure you get students input and buy in
 Be creative with rewards/reinforcements
(involve parents to contribute)
 Vary intervals of exchange
 Do not be afraid to be generous with tokens
in the beginning
 Every student should have a job/responsiblity
to their community

