Productivity and Training “Out of the Box”
EntraPass is a robust suite of high-performance security management software that allows you to
design and operate any number of doors where card access is required - securely, quickly and
efficiently. EntraPass is compatible with Kantech’s entire line of door controllers. As EntraPass
continues to deliver new features and enhancements, it is more important than ever to have the
productivity tools and training support to effectively use this solution.
Access Software Benefits
New installations of EntraPass software include a license to the current official version of the product
and the right to update/upgrade the software for 12 months. The Kantech Advantage Program
(KAP) - available from authorized Kantech dealers - provides an additional 12 months of updates and
upgrades.
Valuable Training
Online training - included in the KAP - is a valuable and cost-effective method for continuous
learning and overall productivity enhancement. Receive up to 24 months of access to training when
installed at same time as new EntraPass system. The online training modules include such topics as
card management, schedules, reporting and manual operations such as unlocking doors. KAP
offers these training benefits:
1. Affordable - All training modules can be viewed online
2. Self-Directed and Convenient - 24/7/365 when and where time permits
3. Immediate and Easy-to-Use - Only need a web browser to start learning
4. Relevant - Tutorials cover the daily operation and management of EntraPass
Easy License Activation
You can choose one of the KAP options in the chart below to extend - by 12 months EntraPass product updates, upgrades and online end user training benefits.
It is easy to determine the options that are installed on the EntraPass system. If running
EntraPass v4.x, verify the tokens required by clicking on the “Options” tab and navigating to
the “System Registration” menu. For EntraPass v5.0 and higher, click on the “Help” tab and
navigate to the “About” menu to determine required amount of tokens.
