Cyber Perspective
The
modern thief
can steal more with a computer
than with a gun.
Tomorrow's terrorist may be able to do

Collaborative Aspects
With the advent of the world wide web coupled with
the prolific rate of technological advancements in our
region, criminals are using these advancements as
catalysts for worldwide iniquitous activities.
Thus in order to realistically combat the “dark-side of
technology” law enforcement officials from different
nationalities must co-operate to detect, apprehend and
successfully prosecute Cyber-Criminals.
