A Weekly Schedule
The weekly schedule is used to assign blocks of time
to different types of activities, but you also need to
keep track of the specific tasks that must be
accomplished within each activity.
It is helpful to keep one’s schedule in an appointment
book or electronic organizer, but for purposes of
planning you can use a scheduling grid.

To-Do Lists
Are prioritized lists of all the tasks that you need to
carry out. They list every thing that you have to do
with the most important tasks at the top of the list
and the least important tasks at the bottom.
Keeping a to-do list is a good way to accomplish
this.
