• Design and make a Vacuum formed case
for the circuit.
• SPECIFICATIONS

– Draft angle is 15 degrees

Vacuum Former Task
• Specification of your Memphis lamp (ACCESS FM)
• 3D design of the shape for your Memphis lamp.
– To crystallise your sketches use the sketch book first.
– show LEDs and where USB fits to design.
– Include sizes, think draft angle of 15 degrees.
• 3D shape of your FORMER with strengthening lip and drilled
evacuation holes, label materials of the former (MDF)
• Sketch how you can fit your circuit or battery and power switch to
your lamp.
• Show the draft angles for your former ,and include the main
dimensions.
• All sketches need to be presented neatly and coloured.
• Label and explain your design, and detailed aspects of your former.
