What are we doing?
• Providing an automated workforce planning, labor scheduling, and
budget platform to ensure compliance and effective utilization of
human capital in stores, branches, and distribution centers.
What do we want from a Workforce Management tool?
• In the short term, we want visibility to our labor drivers and
corresponding spend.
• Our medium term expectations are that we will obtain additional
payroll control and optimization.
• Finally, in the long term, we want to leverage payroll while still
achieving our customer service promise.

• TeammateTime is populated with 62 weeks of history
• Summarized in 15 minute intervals
• It uses the last 10 weeks of data for trend and looks at
prior year for seasonal impact
