Activity I

• The ful video has no sound. Students will create instructions to go along with the video. Instructions will include the use of verbs in the imperative form and some vocabulary.

• Differentiating the instruction will include providing a vocabulary list with key nouns and verbs for L2 and other students who need it.

Authentic Outcome

• Students will produce a video, together with their regional group, in which they demonstrate and narrate how to produce the food they have chosen.
