You will each be given a document about a cultural project. Working on your own, write a Project summary that you could use to brief a colleague. You have 40 minutes. Read it thoroughly and summarise the project drawing out the key information and facts.

Task 2 The Apprentice!
Promote a Cultural Project You have been given an outline of a cultural project. In your team, you have
50 minutes to use the material provided to design a poster to encourage young people to take part. Your poster needs to be effective in reaching young people and needs to show how you would describe the project to capture their interest and encourage them to get involved…..

At the end of your time, you will be given a further 15 minutes to prepare a 5 minute presentation to tell everyone about your poster and marketing campaign.
