1. Login Web MC by user account
2. Select recorded conversation.

View the Record list
1.Select VM group where mail box exist.
2.Click “List View” button

Present mail box list that contain recorded message
1.Mail box for Record list present.
2.Selelct Mail box, then click “OK”

Select specific recorded conversation and play

1.Select “Mail box”, “Call Type”,
then click “Search”.
2.Select message which want to listen.
3.Select device that play message,
then click “Play” .
* If select “All” in “Mail box”, messages are not be played by Phone.

1. User - 2. Add User – User Information
Input “First name” etc,. and set user level to “User”

Key in User info.

Select “Extension No.”

Select “UM Group No.” and input “Mailbox number” that shouldn’t be exist.

Input “Login ID” and “Password”, then click “OK”

Click “Add/Delete” and “select supervisor extension”, then click “OK”
then click “OK”

Select “Supervisor”, assign “Destination Mailbox“, select “type of calls to record”

Click “Add”, select “Extension number” that you want to record conversation,
then click “OK”. Click “List View”, then click “OK”
Click OK to store
If you forgot then setting will not be stored
