Copyright and the wiki
Libraries can copy images from SCIS
database to their library management
systems and wikis
If the image isn’t available then:
• there may be nothing on the cover that is
protected
• if the cover is protected then we can rely on Part
VB
• check the publisher’s website for suitable
images
• fair dealing exception for the purpose of
reporting the news
AUSTRALIAN COPYRIGHT COUNCIL
