Remarks on the first proposed materials
Albemet:
Ok but not from Brush Wellman because of ITAR licence
Al 7075:
Ok but do not use OAN because of holding issue and prefer the use of T7351
thermal treatment instead of T6 (see ECSS recommandation).
Al 6061:
Ok (thermal treatment T6 ok)
Ti6Al4V-STA:
Ok but not from Western Titanium because of ESA alert file (ESA-EA-2009-Mat4).
Dispal:
Materials QA experts don’t know this material => provide the datasheet and the
flight heritage
