• PE positions (+/- 115 civ/mil)
• rotate every 3 years
• 1/3 or 38 require training annually
• CE positions (+/- 73 mil)
• rotate every 6 months
• X 2 require training annually
• Nations (+/- 30)
• rotate every 3 years
• 1/3 or 10 require training annually
