Principles of managing
documents
1. Create a PD folder and assign documents
from the folder. Once the document is
assigned, the HU will memorize the path
to find it next time. [Tip: Several doc’s can be
assigned at one time. In the dialogue box, highlight the
intended documents for the assignment.]
