Ensure adequate human and financial resources for GEWE DEVCO EuropeAid DEVCO DG AIDCO EEAS DG DEV EEAS DG RELEX a) financial funding: MS and COM should identify financial resources for GAP implementation; and increase EUR 10 Million for gender; a) Build in-house capacity: Gender training in Core Curriculum for staff at HQ and Country level, gender mainstreaming in all training programmes, genderexpertise core-competence for HOMs, toolkit, etc. 3.
