by trained volunteers
and graded to suit all
fitness levels and
abilities.

all year round, on a
weekly or fortnightly
basis, including Sunday
afternoons. Simply
arrive 10 minutes before
your first walk to register.
Dacorum Health Walks
Why walk?
• Meet new people - most walks finish at a café
or village hall for a drink and a natter
• Get outside in your local green spaces and
countryside – helping to combat stress,
depression and anxiety
• Brisk walking can reduce the risk of diabetes,
Alzheimer's, bowel cancer and can help
prevent osteoporosis, high blood pressure,
stroke and coronary heart disease
