WHAT IS IT?
Local Social Listings Management is the claiming, optimization and deduplication of location-specific social profiles on Facebook, Foursquare
and Google+ Local Pages via a process called PinSync. Mediative’s solution
will add missing social profiles, eliminate illegitimate profiles and ensure
information is accurate and optimized for Local Search. After the initial
clean-up, Mediative will monitor each location monthly to ensure that no
duplicate and/or unofficial profiles have been created.

business’s profile for each retail outlet or location across Facebook,
Foursquare, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Google+ Local.
We’ll also add and correct your info across the most popular local
search destinations in North America, all of Canada’s Yellow Pages
properties. This means 100% brand control, and guaranteed listing and
geo-code accuracy.

The pricing model is based on the monthly cost per location and is a progressivepricing model: all previous tiers’ fees apply when calculating the price.
A 10% set-up fee is charged for clients with more than 100 locations.
Contracts are sold on 12-month durations.
PinSync and Local Voice can be sold independently for clients with more than 100
Locations.
The Business Intelligence component is not included in the price; it is an add-on
service.
PinSync is not available as a one-off service.
Google+ Local page claiming cannot be sold independently. It is a component of
PinSync and part of a package.
