CARY KRELL By. Shannon Noller ABOUT CARY Cary Krell 5 years old Born in Vienna, Austria LIFE IN THE HOLOCAUST Cary and her mother did not survive. Her mother was transported to Auschwitz and immediately murdered. Her father and her were taken to Plazow Concentration Camp. Cary died of Typhus 2 weeks before her ninth birthday. Her father survived. This is a picture drawn by a student of the different camps she went to. IMPORTANT INFORMATION When Cary and her father arrived at Plazow, her father quickly smuggled her into boys clothes and took her with him to the men’s barracks to work. A boy discovered Cary going to the bathroom in a odd way and reported her. Cary then was taken to a woman's barrack to work and sew. PICTURES
