In club, players playing time is based on 3 things. Do they come to practice regularly. Can they apply what they have learned in practices in the games. How hard they play in the games. You must understand that every child is not guaranteed to play ¾ of the game as opposed to Ayso. The players time of play is reflected on their performance, attendance, motivation and dedication. Must bring proper soccer gear NO JEANS Must bring water Watching soccer on the television Practicing on their own time Coming to practice Respecting the coach and each other Make sure their child has the proper soccer gear. Make sure they child has water. Bringing their child to practice. Taking their child to games 20 min prior to game time. Paying the club dues Participating in fundraisers No attitudes at practices and games No side line coaching PERIOD! Parents you are number one in your child's life, I will not be able to compete with your commands and I do not want to confuse my players in what I expect them to do. Being positive and cheering for your child is the best thing you can do for your child. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kvj7_lgg9 GA Parents there is zero tolerance on talking to the referee not only from me but from the league, your behavior towards the referee can have negative consequences for our team.
