Borshch is one of the most popular dishes among
Ukrainians. In Ukraine there are three types of
borshch:
 Red borshch
 Green borshch
 Cold borshch
To prepare this dish we need to
have:
* 400g-meat, cabbage, potatoes;
* 250g beet
* 1 / 2 cup tomato and sour cream
* 1 carrot and parsley root
* 1 onion
* 20g fat
*1 tbsp. butter, vinegar, sugar
*2.1 chives
*fragrant black pepper
*1 bay leaf
Now we have all the ingredients required for cooking borshch.
Finely chopped bones are boiled 3-4 hours, add
meat and cook until done. Cooked meat is cut into portions,
and the broth should be strained.
Cleared and washed beets should be chopped in straw, add
salt and vinegar, mix and put everything in a pan, add oil,
simmered from the broth, add tomatoes, sugar and stew until
half cooked. Onion, parsley should be chopped and fried
adding butter.
Put sliced potatoes into the broth, boil for awhile, add
cabbage and cook for 10-15 minutes. Then add beets,
slightly fried with onion, chopped fresh tomatoes, and
fragrant black pepper, bay.
Let the dish boil for 5 minutes.
Before serving the table, put a portion of
cooked meat, add sour cream and sprinkle with
parsley.
