Campus Safety
Vision:
This campaign is focused on students’ personal safety concerns both on and
off campus. It is important to be aware of possible dangers both in-person
and online, and how to identify those risks, as well as how to protect yourself
and your identity from harm. Throughout the year we will focus on making
you aware of current safety issues and information.

Sexual Health
Vision:
A comprehensive, sex-positive campaign working to bring relevant and
accessible information about healthy and fulfilling sexual relationships,
sexual orientation and gender issues to the student body.

Keep Calm and Get it On (Safely) 2.0 In February
Sexologist in the Wave! Followed by a Social Mixer in January!
Healthy Lifestyles
Vision:
A campaign designed to empower students to lead healthy, actives lives
during their time at Western, with a focus on healthy diet and physical
activity.

Healthy Body Image and Lifestyles Week in February!
Alcohol & Substance
Abuse
Goal:
A campaign to provide information about the risks and possible consequences of
the use and abuse of drugs and alcohol, as well as information about the laws and
bylaws regulating substance consumption in London and resources available to
help those struggling with substance abuse.
Coming Up:
Rave Safe 2.0 – Week Before St. Patrick’s Day.
Mental Health
Vision:
A campaign seeking to break down the stigma that surrounds mental illness, and to
connect Western students with the resources that are available to help if they, or a
friend, are struggling with mental health issues.
