Business Intelligence Dashboard
A business intelligence dashboard can be
compared with an automobile. It is intended to
translate complex data into various gauges, maps,

Dashboard Review
 The Workload Management Dashboard is intended to
provide front-line workers with an organizational tool
that will display simple metrics of case activities that
have exceeded certain defined limits, or are
approaching those limits within the CBMS application.
 This dashboard is not intended to be a traditional
executive dashboard that uses fancy graphs, charts
or other types of visual aides to provide trend analysis
or high-level views of key system components.
