Transition to Implementation
Your Sales Representative will work with you to gather the initial information we need to get started. We’ll assign a
team of resources responsible for implementing your solutions.
Planning & Analysis
You will provide additional information about your company’s policies and pay practices and begin working with
your assigned team to plan your implementation. This is an opportunity to align expectations and timelines.
Account Creation
We’ll create your account in iSolved based on the information you provided.
Configuration & Data Load
We’ll configure your account to meet your company’s policies and practices, and work together to obtain and
audit your data to import into iSolved.
Training
We’ll train your administrative staff on use of the software and verify together that everything works as it
should before going live.
First Check Date
Preview, validate and then process payroll!
Transition to Customer Support
Engage with customer support to address your ongoing questions.
