• Founded in 1999, with a portfolio that consisted of one
building in Oakville, Ontario
• Portfolio has grown to more than 220 buildings with more than
16,000 suites across five provinces throughout 27 cities
• Part of the Mississauga community since 2005
• Currently own and manage four buildings in Mississauga
• 1855 Bloor will be our first new apartment development

Minimizing Impact to the Community

Safety
– The project will be constructed in accordance to the Occupational Health and
Safety Regulations for construction sites by the province of Ontario
– Construction zone is fenced off and all construction activity takes place within the
fence

Dust/Mud Control
– We will be diligent to control dust and mud from extending outside the
construction zone
•
Noise
– Construction noise will occur within the hours prescribed by the Mississauga noise
by-law
•
Traffic Disruption
– Minimal planned lane closures on Bridgewood Drive and Bloor Street
– Temporary parking lot to accommodate parking for Residents
– Parked vehicles and equipment will be contained within the perimeter fencing
whenever possible
