You will need to provide: • Supplier Name • Booking Requestor Name • Booking Requestor Address • Booking Requestor Phone Number • Booking Requestor Email Address innovation . service . excellence . teamwork Step 2- Enter your delivery details to get your tentative booking A tentative booking is a booking that is made without an ASN or PO. These bookings are only “place holders” and will not allow delivery into the Startrack facility. You will need to provide:: • Delivery details • Contact details • Load details • ASN and PO details ( Optional to get tentative booking) You will then receive an email acknowledgement of your tentative booking Time & Date Delivery details innovation . service . excellence . teamwork Step 3- Enter your delivery details to get a confirmed booking A confirmed booking is the only type of booking that can allow a delivery into the Startrack facility. To get a confirmed booking you will need to log into the booking portal, and find your tentative booking by doing a look up. Select this tentative booking. You will then be able to upload the ASN and PO numbers via the template. Submission of the template will result in a check against live ASN’s. The booking will only be confirmed when the match is made and you receive a booking confirmation email. Template and ASN upload innovation . service . excellence . teamwork Cancellation and non-delivery • Deliveries can be cancelled by logging into the system and selecting the delivery via the look up. Cancellation will trigger an email confirming cancellation • If the “TENTATIVE” booking has an “NF” status and you have made multiple bookings on the same booking number, consider cancelling the “NF” until it is confirmed that the ASN is no longer in error by either Officeworks or Startrack. Otherwise the “NF” status order will prevent the booking going to “CONFIRMED” status. • Tentative bookings not confirmed by 1600 on the day prior to delivery will be cancelled. A reminder email will be sent to the booking email account at 1400 on the day prior to delivery as a reminder of the potential cancellation innovation . service . excellence . teamwork
